Surrounded by rolling hills, rivers and bridleways, it is the perfect location for outdoor activities or just relaxing in a beautiful place. There are routes suited to all levels of walking, mountain biking and pony trekking, with exciting drives and cycle rides on the hillside roads. The surrounding countryside offers opportunities for bird watching, stargazing and wild swimming.
There are steps into the house and between rooms which may cause difficulties for people with limited mobility.

A bridleway crosses the Lletgwial to a lovely picnic spot just 100 metres from our door. The river gives the house its name.
